1.If You Know Your Password
After logging in, click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then click on "Settings"
Please proceed to "Account" → "View settings"
Once you move to the pafin account, click on "Update Password" on the "Security" screen.
Enter your current password, new password and 2FA code, then click "Reset password".
Once the password change is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. Please check it.
After changing your password, the login screen for the pafin account will be displayed automatically. Log in to your pafin account with your registered email address and the newly set password.
After logging into your pafin account, if you want to move to the fintact service screen, click "Launch fintact". Alternatively, if you want to move to the account settings screen, click the profile icon at the top right of the screen and select "Account settings".
2. If You Don't Know Your Password
On the login screen, click "Forgot password?".
On the password reset procedure screen, enter your registered email address and click "Send recovery email".
After clicking "Send recovery email", please check your email.
Please be aware that the above screen will be displayed even if you enter an email address different from your registered one, so please ensure accuracy.
If you enter the email address correctly, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please click "Reset password".
On the screen to change your password, enter your new password and click "Reset password".
After the password has been reset, the page will be redirected to login screen, please use your new password to log in.
