How to Change Your Email Address

This help page explains how to change your registered email address.

1. After logging in, click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen, and then click on "Settings".


2. Please proceed to "General" → "View settings"


3. You are moved to the pafin account screen. With the email address registered with your pafin account, you can also use other services operated by pafin Inc. If you want to change the email address, enter the new email address in the "Email address" field and click "Change email."


4. To change the email address, you need to enter your registered password.


5. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address, so please check your email.
*If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well.


6. Click "Verify email address" in the email you received to complete the process.
